The Deal: D.C. area locations of Latin American fried chicken joint Pollo Campero are giving away empanadas today to launch the new menu item. Select from one of three options: spicy chicken (green tomatillo salsa, Monterrey Jack cheese and cilantro), citrus chicken (grilled onions, tamarindo sauce and shredded Monterrey Jack cheese), and black bean and cheese (black beans, Monterrey Jack cheese, cilantro, onion, and smoked chipotle).
