Couldn’t finish the project because several, like a bag was missing. This was a gift for our grandson who was excited to build it. He was so frustrated that he could only get about half of the tree built. Missing pieces was so problematic that he walked away from it and said he doesn’t want to try anymore. Shame on you Lego company for not pulling this item when multiple reviews state the same issue. As a customer who purchases your expensive products, I expect that your company puts the correct pieces in each box. When you have so many poor reviews in this same issue of missing pieces, you should pull the product and fix it. Customers should not have to count and figure out what pieces you forgot to put in the bag and have to so through the lengthy hassle to get our paid pieces from you. Send another box to satisfy the problem. I will not be purchasing Legos for Christmas gifts this year because of what you did and how I am now on day 3 of trying to retrieve pieces that I paid for AND above all, a frustrated grandson.
